The basics of self-defense are: to learn the techniques of defensive fight, slipping and clearence.
In order to provide pragmatic solutions and to give you confidence in yourself, some situations of agression are implemented during the sessions .
Vital fist strikes are also studied to neutralize a physically stronger assailant and defenses against knives. This is why physical training like cardio training is on the program of this course.
